The technique of Fusion is based on the joining of two metals using intense heat without the use of solder, and is one of the oldest, most traditional forms of jewellery manufacture. The process creates some beautiful qualities to the form and surface of the metals used due to reticulation from the heat applied. This can often be enhanced with additional texturing, blending the metals seamlessly together as one.
